I am happy to announce that Raider Challenge 2009 was excellent even though we had a small but strong group of individuals competing against some of Chicago's and the State's toughest cadets. The event was held on May 2,2009 from early in the morning till the afternoon. There were many activities involved that day, such as 3 mile run, 1 mile run, fitness obstacle course, first aid, repelling, and map reading. All these activities required hard work, motivation from the groups, and mental stren... Continue reading...

Spring break is right around the corner, next week! I hope that many of you took advantage of the field trips offered at school, but if you didn't that's fine too. There are many things you can do over spring break to pass the time wisely and safely. Go out, exercise, prepare for Raider Challenge, visit colleges in-state or out-of-state, practice for the A.C.T, pick up a book and read, take a vacation with the family and tell us about it, or motivate yourself to help others in need. As young ... Continue reading...

The Present State Of The Raider Staff
We all aware that many of our so called Raider vets. and loyal staff DON'T SHOW UP. For what reason? I don't know and no one else does, but I'm pretty sure its due to some poor excuse. Myself and on behalf of the Raiders from Carver Military Academy we would like to thank you for viewing our page and leaving your feedback. We are part of an Elite team and one in only group of young adults that have progressed through our academic institution in the highest honor or representing what our school stand for as an Army based JROTC (Junior.Reserves.Officers.Training.Corps) program. No other group gets to do the activites that engage in, from orienteering, land naivgation, career skills, self-discipline, and proudly to be the right hand escorts of our school. We have with the fullest degree excelled in academics in our school but hand in hand we kick "a" double "s" where we go and in the things we do.
